All prices include 3 revisions, a full size PNG or JPEG file of the finished work, and a simple background (flat colour, gradient, or simple shapes). Personal use only!☘

✦ Terms of Service ✦

☘ GENERAL

I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason. Commissions are PERSONAL USE ONLY. No commercial use is permitted. These are digital commissions. No physical artwork or items will be sent to you (except in the case of pen and ink commissions).

☘ PROCESS

It may take up to one month to finish your commission! I’ll contact you at each stage of completion for your input on the artwork (sketches, line art, colours, details).
Each commission comes with MAX. 3 revisions. I will charge you for extra revisions (I reserve the right to refuse extra revisions).

☘ PAYMENT

I will send you a PayPal invoice once I accept your commission; 50% payment will be due up front before work is started on your commission, and the other 50% will be due upon completion. Both payments are non-refundable, though I may choose to refund if I am unable to complete the work (for example, in case of sickness or injury).
After receiving the second payment, I will e-mail the finished artwork to you within 3 business days!

☘ USAGE RIGHTS

I reserve the right to post commissions online, redistribute them, and use them in my portfolio. I retain full rights to the artwork (I do NOT retain rights to any characters or copyrighted imagery).
You may: use the artwork for your own personal use, including posting it wherever you want (credit is appreciated!) and having it printed for personal use (for example, if you want to have it printed for your wall).
You may NOT: reproduce or use the artwork commercially (make money off of it), use the artwork to promote your own commercial ventures, allow others to use the work for (or to promote) commercial ventures, claim the artwork as your own, or alter the artwork without my consent.
You may NOT: mint the artwork as an NFT, or use it in any way that associates it with NFTs or cryptocurrencies, or use it in any way associated with AI generated works.
